SuretyWave requires the following information to set up the Contractor account for SurePath electronic Bid Bond issuance. This information needs to be completed and returned to SuretyWave at least fourteen (14) days before submitting eBid Bonds. Note: For SurePath eBonds to Maryland DGS and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the contractor must also obtain a Digital Signature and download SureForm, the bond form viewer, to submit SurePath eBonds. This is not needed for Obligees requiring Bond Validation Number only.
